Bryan Vo Obituary: Dies After Fatal Shooting Inside Birch Street Residence in Wilson Borough, Pennsylvania
A family is facing an unimaginable loss following the death of Bryan Vo, who was fatally shot inside a residence on Birch Street early Sunday morning.
With love and sympathy, family and friends are remembering Bryan and the life he shared with those closest to him. His sudden death has left loved ones facing grief while authorities work to understand the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
According to Wilson Borough police, officers were called to a home in the 2200 block of Birch Street shortly after midnight following a report that Bryan had been accidentally shot.
Police said Bryan’s brother, 21-year-old Thuan Vo, reported that he had accidentally fired the gun and struck Bryan.
When officers arrived, they found Bryan inside the living room suffering from a gunshot wound to the back of his neck. Emergency responders transported him to St. Luke’s Hospital–Anderson Campus for treatment.
Despite medical efforts, Bryan later died from his injuries. He was pronounced deceased shortly before 7 a.m.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation as authorities work to establish exactly what happened inside the residence.
