According to the Houston County Sheriff’s Office, deputies received a 911 call at approximately 8:06 p.m. reporting the boating accident on the private lake.
Following the boat’s overturning, Juan Hernandez, also of Crockett, was able to swim safely to shore. However, Sergio, Alex, and Junior remained missing, prompting an emergency response as authorities worked to determine what had happened and search for those who had not made it back to shore.
