The Fresno community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Kassandra “Kana” Garza, a Fresno native, Fresno City College criminology student, and beloved sister and friend, who died on Thursday, July 23, 2026, following a tragic incident at Community Regional Medical Center. She was 32 years old.
