According to the Union Public Safety Department, Omarion Kishawn Lipscomb, 20, of Buffalo, South Carolina, has been charged with murder in connection with the fatal shooting of Theodore Walker Jr. on Arthur Boulevard.
Authorities also announced that a 15-year-old juvenile was taken into custody and charged with accessory after the fact of murder in connection with the case. Due to the individual’s age, additional identifying information has not been released.
Investigators said the charges stem from a fatal shooting that occurred on Arthur Boulevard, where officers responded to reports of gunfire and found Theodore Walker Jr. suffering from fatal gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, Walker was pronounced deceased.
Following an investigation, authorities identified Omarion Kishawn Lipscomb as the primary suspect and arrested him on a murder charge. The juvenile was later taken into custody on allegations of assisting after the homicide.
