The communities of Toms River and Forked River, New Jersey, are mourning the devastating loss of three family members who were killed in a tragic small plane crash Monday night in Harrietstown, New York.
The victims have been identified as Dr. Gabriel Jasper, 70, of Toms River; his daughter, Gabriella Hillgrube, 33, of Forked River; and his 2-year-old granddaughter, Guiliana Hillgrube.
