According to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office, the fatal collision occurred at approximately 6:52 a.m. on State Route 177, just south of Vizedom Road in Hanover Township, Ohio. Deputies responded to reports of a serious injury crash and arrived to find a devastating two-vehicle collision involving a 2011 Kia Soul and a 2011 Jeep Cherokee.
Investigators said Brooke Schuler was driving the Kia Soul northbound on State Route 177 when the vehicle crossed the center line and entered the southbound lane. The Kia then collided head-on with the Jeep Cherokee, causing catastrophic damage to both vehicles.
