She had last been seen around 4:00 p.m. leaving a park-and-ride lot near Exit 4 of Interstate 684 in Mount Kisco. Authorities stated she was observed driving her gray Toyota Camry southbound on the interstate before she disappeared from contact.
As concern grew over her whereabouts, troopers and emergency responders launched a coordinated search effort across the highway corridor. Officers focused on potential travel routes, nearby exits, and areas where a vehicle could have left the roadway, given the urgency of the missing person report and her advanced age.
At approximately 10:30 p.m., law enforcement located Mosca’s vehicle roughly 30 feet off the shoulder of southbound Interstate 684 near mile marker 0.9. The car was discovered overturned, prompting an immediate emergency response. First responders confirmed that Mosca was still inside the vehicle upon arrival.
