The gunfire caused the car to lose control, accelerating across the roadway before crashing into a nearby home. Emergency responders transported Combs to a hospital, where he remained for several days before ultimately passing away from his injuries.
Officials confirmed that no one inside the home struck by the vehicle was injured in the crash.
