In behind-the-scenes footage from Marshals, Hancock passionately explained how he carefully designed the characters’ wardrobe and gear to reflect their personalities and backgrounds. He discussed the importance of authenticity, particularly when creating tactical equipment and costume details for the show’s U.S. Marshals characters.
“One of the things that I care about a lot when I do a show is that it’s really accurate,” Hancock explained. He described how different colors, equipment, and gear choices helped visually tell each character’s story without dialogue.
Hancock also humorously described the challenges of his profession while giving viewers a tour of the production’s massive “prop house on wheels,” joking that even his parents still did not fully understand what he did for a living.
The series stars Luke Grimes reprising his role as Kayce Dutton from Yellowstone alongside a cast that includes Logan Marshall-Green, Arielle Kebbel, and others.
